Built on a TPEG/HPEG polycarboxylate-ether backbone, PCE-G300 is chloride-free, low-alkali and non-corrosive, suitable for reinforced and prestressed concrete. Conforms to IS 9103:1999 · ASTM C494 Type F.
Typical dosage for this grade: 0.8–1.6% for HPC / precast / SCC. Confirm by trial.
Compatible with OPC 43 / 53, PPC, PSC, SRC; fly ash ≤35%, GGBS ≤50%, silica fume ≤10%, silica fume and Alcofine.
Caution: avoid cross-contamination with naphthalene-based (SNF) admixtures in shared mixer trucks or dosing lines, which can cause flash set or severe slump loss.
