What we do

A focused PCE house, built for the Indian pour.

CemBond is the concrete-admixtures brand of Polysynergy Chem Private Limited, operating from a dedicated blending and formulation plant in Greater Noida. We do one thing and do it properly: polycarboxylate-ether superplasticizers.

Our polymers are formulated and finished in India, tuned to local cements, supplementary materials and the realities of Indian site temperatures and haul times. The result is consistent, traceable product backed by a Certificate of Analysis on every dispatch.

The chemistry, simply

How a PCE superplasticizer works.

Cement grains clump together and trap mixing water. CemBond's comb-shaped polymer wraps each grain and pushes them apart, releasing that trapped water as workability. Same flow, far less water, more strength.

Steric dispersion, not just wetting

Older naphthalene (SNF) admixtures work mainly by electrostatic charge. CemBond's polycarboxylate-ether uses a comb-polymer backbone with side chains that physically hold cement particles apart. That steric effect is stronger and lasts longer, which is why PCE delivers high water reduction at low dosage.

  • More water freed as workability at the same flow
  • Lower water/cement ratio means higher strength
  • Effective at 0.4 to 2.0% dosage by weight of cement
