CemBond formulates new-generation PCE superplasticizers for ready-mix, high-strength and precast concrete. Every batch is tested to IS 9103:1999, chloride-free and low-alkali.
CemBond is the concrete-admixtures brand of Polysynergy Chem Private Limited, operating from a dedicated blending and formulation plant in Greater Noida. We do one thing and do it properly: polycarboxylate-ether superplasticizers.
Our polymers are formulated and finished in India, tuned to local cements, supplementary materials and the realities of Indian site temperatures and haul times. The result is consistent, traceable product backed by a Certificate of Analysis on every dispatch.
Cement grains clump together and trap mixing water. CemBond's comb-shaped polymer wraps each grain and pushes them apart, releasing that trapped water as workability. Same flow, far less water, more strength.
Older naphthalene (SNF) admixtures work mainly by electrostatic charge. CemBond's polycarboxylate-ether uses a comb-polymer backbone with side chains that physically hold cement particles apart. That steric effect is stronger and lasts longer, which is why PCE delivers high water reduction at low dosage.
A deliberately tight portfolio so the right admixture is obvious, not buried in a catalogue of forty SKUs.
The workhorse for M15–M40 RMC, pavements and routine structural work. Balanced water reduction and normal set.
Controlled retardation for hot-weather concreting, long-haul RMC and thick mass-concrete sections where slump must hold.
Engineered for M45–M70+ high-strength concrete, self-compacting mixes and fast-cycle precast with early demould.
One PCE family across the construction value chain, with grade recommendations mapped to IS 456 concrete grades.
Standard M15–M40 plant production, pavements and PQC.
M50–M70+ cores, columns and self-compacting mixes.
Fast-cycle demould, girders, panels and rail precast.
Bridges, metro, pavements and railway civil works.
Rafts, dams and long-haul pours with thermal control.
STP/WTP tanks, reservoirs and low-permeability marine RCC.
Formulated and finished domestically for shorter lead times and supply security against import volatility.
Every batch is tested to the IS 9103:1999 uniformity protocol before it leaves the plant.
Batch coding and a Certificate of Analysis with every dispatch, so your QC team has the paper trail.
We help you choose the grade and confirm dosage by mix-design trial, rather than just shipping drums.
Non-corrosive chemistry suitable for reinforced and prestressed concrete.
TPEG/HPEG polycarboxylate-ether backbone for high water reduction at low dosage.
Send us your grade, cement and site conditions. We will recommend the right PCE and arrange a trial sample.
